Meditation 1 on 1 sessions
This course gives you the tools to use mindfulness and mindful meditation to help with our daily life stressors. Over six weeks, with one class per week, at a time to fit your schedule, we explore your habitual stress patterns and look at how awareness can help us change or modify them.
