For two decades,  I co-managed my own business in TV Production within the Advertising industry.  However, when the pandemic struck and we were unable to continue working, I, like many others, took the opportunity to pause and re-evaluate my life.  It became abundantly clear to me that Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation are essential components that should be incorporated into everyone's daily lives.  By embracing mindful meditation, we can guide ourselves toward a more centered and fulfilled existence.  Through a step-by-step, person-by-person approach, we can collectively work towards fostering greater equanimity and compassion in every facet of our lives.

I am passionate about sharing these transformative practices with as many people as possible.  It's astonishing how even small, mindful adjustments in our thought processes and communication styles can have a profound impact on our world.  To this end, I have been teaching a comprehensive Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation course for the past two years.  In 2021, I made the decision to pursue certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training, and I am now a certified MBSR facilitator.

I firmly believe that I can only teach what I genuinely know and practice myself.  Therefore, I am fully committed to continually deepening my own meditation practice and maintaining mindfulness in every aspect of my life.
